901 Matt Lining Lycra Fabric for PARTINGS ONLY - Slight stretch

A blonde skin colour matte lycra, useful for lining a PARTINGS ONLY. it is too thick to use as a standard liner. Slightly stretchy, non fraying fabric that is not transparent, you cannot see through the fabric so will block out what is underneath - An actor with dark hair that is wearing a blonde wig! This fabric is a blonde colour but can be dyed. For a very neat finished edge cut with pinking scissors.
