Orders to the USA
POST - Due to Trump's Tariffs, we have to do things differently with the post. The post office here in the UK expect us (The Wig Department) to pay all of the import taxes/ fees and charges for orders before we ship them out to the US. This is not sustainable for us, so please contact us if you would like to place an order and we can work out the taxes and charges due. We can then sent you a email link for payment.
Please note that we cannot send order over the value of £200 by post, please use DHL
DHL - Orders sent with DHL will be DAP, this means the customer will pay all Taxes and Duties due on the parcel (we do not charge you Tax). Please note in our Terms and Condition that if you refuse to pay the Tax and Duties you will have to pay the charge for the return of the parcel.
Due to current events, we can NOT ship orders to Russia, Ukraine or Israel.

* We ship to most Countries in the world but there are some exceptions as we have had problems with Cutoms/Duty. If your Country is not available please contact us and we will try to assist you.
*Shipping is calculated by weight, volume and destination country. When ordering, can you please supply us with a contact telephone number.
*We aim to send out all orders as soon as possible. For Royal Mail UK and International Airmail the cut off time is 3:30pm for UK and International Courier Deliveries the cut off 2.30pm.

We do not ship out orders on Saturdays, Sundays or on National Bank Holidays.
For Insurance purposes we can not send orders over the value of £200 by international post

*Courier Northern Ireland - 2 day Delivery by 1.30pm - from £18.00
